FAQ

Don't panic! Relax and take a breath. Your first plan of attack is to check with your neighbours, building managers, and other folks in the vicinity to see if they may have picked up the package. If the shipping address that you provided is accurate and you're not able to hunt down the package, you should first try talking to your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes packages accidentally get marked as "Delivered" up to 36 hours before the actual delivery even though they are waiting at the post office. If you still can't track down the package, you will need to file a missing package claim and work with your post office on locating your package. We do not provide refunds or replacements due to lost deliveries by the post office.
We require a signature on all orders to ensure that you received your product.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. Please be sure to check spam/junk folders as our emails sometimes get stuck there.
We're still a very small team handling a large amount of orders. We usually try to ship packages 1-2 business days from when they are ordered. That means that if you order your package on Friday then it won't ship out until Monday or Tuesday. If you have not received an email saying that your package has been shipped after 2 business days from when you ordered, please check the email address on your order to make sure it's correct and your spam folder to see if we emailed you about something on your order (address check or out of stock item purchased) and need a response before we can ship out your package. Please also note that Canada Post is closed on some holidays and we are not able to ship on those days.
We usually ship packages 1-2 business days from when they are ordered. Once Canada Post has the package it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered. For United States it usually takes 7 to 14 days for packages to be delivered.
At this time we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. We do plan on adding more countries to the list in the future. Keep checking back!
We accept all major credit cards as long as they are from the U.S. or Canada. At this time, we do not accept Bitcoin, Monopoly Money, Canadian Tire Money, Garage Sale Items, ex-girlfriends (or boyfriends), or any other far out thing you may wish to trade for awesome products.
Due to rising costs of shipping in order to bring in products and ship them out, in addition to the large amount of waste associated with shipping, we have established a minimum order of $50.00 in an effort to reduce, reuse, and recycle which will reduce our carbon footprint.
We periodically run discount codes and promotions. Keep an eye on our homepage for new discounts as well as our social media for discount codes!
Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing when products that are out of stock will be back in stock. If you see something that is out of stock on our website, feel free to ask about it.
